El yoga del sonido"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Alcanzar el Samadhi a trav\u00e9s del sonido es Nada Yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samadhi es la experiencia de la conciencia pura que trasciende la mente y el cuerpo. En el camino hacia la experiencia de la conciencia pura, un individuo descubre la sabidur\u00eda del cuerpo, la inteligencia emocional y cognitiva, la uni\u00f3n de cuerpo y mente (atman o alma), y la expansi\u00f3n de Atman en Nada Braham o Shabd Braham (Dios del Sonido o Palabra).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la experiencia del Nada-Brahman viene la realizaci\u00f3n del Nirgun Brahman o conciencia pura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nada significa el flujo del sonido y Yoga significa Uni\u00f3n. Nada Yoga es el proceso de uni\u00f3n de la mente individual con la conciencia c\u00f3smica a trav\u00e9s del flujo de sonidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el r\u00edo de la conciencia es impedido por el ego, Nada o sonidos especiales pueden eliminar la obstrucci\u00f3n permitiendo que el r\u00edo de la conciencia individual se una con su fuente, el oc\u00e9ano de la conciencia pura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nada tambi\u00e9n se llama Shabd o palabra y se produce golpeando dos objetos conocidos como Ahat Nad o sin golpear dos objetos que se llaman Anahat Nad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sonido Anahat puede ser escuchado en el Anahat o chakra del coraz\u00f3n. Anahat Nada es el sonido de Aum y es la vibraci\u00f3n primordial e increada a trav\u00e9s de la cual naci\u00f3 el universo. Todos los dem\u00e1s sonidos emergen de Aum. Prakriti es energ\u00eda, energ\u00eda es vibraci\u00f3n y todas las vibraciones son sonido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el ADN humano hasta las bacterias y los gusanos, desde la Tierra hasta los sistemas solares y las galaxias lejanas, y desde las estrellas reci\u00e9n nacidas hasta los agujeros negros, todo tiene su propio sonido y m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo el universo zumba con su propio ritmo y frecuencia. Y cuando podemos tararear con la frecuencia del universo, nos hacemos uno con \u00e9l y nos transformamos en un Nada Yogui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Yoga de Patanjali, Aum representa a Ishwara o Sagun Braham (conciencia universal con atributos). Dado que todos los dem\u00e1s sonidos surgieron y son una extensi\u00f3n de Aum, un Nada Yogui puede hacer de cualquier sonido una herramienta para alcanzar el sonido primordial Aum. Y realiza Sagun Braham o Ishwara y luego la conciencia pura de Nirgun Braham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la tradici\u00f3n sem\u00edtica, la Biblia dice &#8216;En el principio era el Verbo, y el Verbo estaba con Dios, y el Verbo era Dios&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el camino del Nada Yoga, el cuerpo se cura, la mente recupera su equilibrio y la persona se convierte en un individuo plenamente funcional, que vive con una sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el Nada Yoga funciona como medicina y terapia, ayudando a la persona a llevar una vida sana, feliz y equilibrada en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3n del sonido o Nada es el camino m\u00e1s poderoso hacia la autorrealizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La raz\u00f3n es que de los cinco elementos (Panchmahabhuta) que forman el microcosmos del cuerpo y el macrocosmos del universo, el elemento del espacio es el m\u00e1s primario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El espacio est\u00e1 conectado con el o\u00eddo, y el o\u00eddo es el recept\u00e1culo del sonido. De este modo, el sonido es la experiencia m\u00e1s primaria de todas, en comparaci\u00f3n con el olfato, el gusto, la vista y el tacto. Tambi\u00e9n es la m\u00e1s exacta y precisa que las dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el proceso de la muerte, el sentido del o\u00eddo es el \u00faltimo en desaparecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, en varias tradiciones espirituales de todo el mundo, cuando alguien se est\u00e1 muriendo, se leen las escrituras y se cantan mantras sagrados. Esto aporta paz al moribundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el budismo tibetano, \u00abEl libro de la vida y la muerte\u00bb es un ejemplo de esta tradici\u00f3n. El Libro de la Vida y la Muerte contiene instrucciones concretas y exhaustivas que gu\u00edan a una persona para morir en paz, alcanzar la libertad o tener un buen renacimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En nuestro mundo, el habla y el lenguaje han perdido sus cualidades est\u00e9ticas y sensuales y se han vuelto m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicos, \u00e1ridos e intelectuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palabras como amor, esp\u00edritu, energ\u00eda, pasi\u00f3n y conciencia se repiten sin cesar y mec\u00e1nicamente. No tienen impacto en el cuerpo y la mente.
