Una persona que est\u00e1 plagada de problemas suele tener dificultades para concentrarse, lo que a menudo hace que surjan m\u00e1s problemas debido a sus errores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las t\u00e9cnicas de meditaci\u00f3n ayudan a una persona a lograr un estado mental tranquilo sin tener que recurrir a las drogas o a las herramientas e implementos de relajaci\u00f3n. Cada paso de la meditaci\u00f3n se realiza en la mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerde que la meditaci\u00f3n no es un asunto de una sola vez. Es casi imposible alcanzar un estado de calma mental en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos, especialmente si es la primera vez que lo haces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es esencial que sigas practicando la meditaci\u00f3n hasta que hayas condicionado tu mente para alcanzar instant\u00e1neamente ese estado con s\u00f3lo pensarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son algunos pasos para que un principiante comience con la meditaci\u00f3n como su estrategia de Manejo del Estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 1: Busca un rinc\u00f3n tranquilo para empezar a meditar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La distracci\u00f3n es un obst\u00e1culo para los que a\u00fan se inician en la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando cierras los ojos, tu sentido del o\u00eddo es doblemente bueno, por lo que es muy posible que oigas casi cualquier cosa en tu entorno que te dificulte la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los principiantes, es importante empezar en un lugar tranquilo de su casa donde no haya ruido. Cierra las ventanas y cierra la puerta con llave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si es posible, puedes decir a todos los habitantes de tu casa que minimicen su ruido para que no te distraigas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 2: Prepara tu posici\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es aconsejable que los principiantes eviten acostarse al practicar la meditaci\u00f3n. El objetivo no es dormir, y es una garant\u00eda de que caer\u00e1s inmediatamente en el sue\u00f1o si tu mente alcanza un estado de relajaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar que esto ocurra, puedes empezar tu meditaci\u00f3n en posici\u00f3n de loto o puedes encontrar una silla en la que puedas sentarte. Aseg\u00farate de que tu espalda est\u00e1 recta y tus manos est\u00e1n relajadas en el reposabrazos o en tu regazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 3: Comienza tu meditaci\u00f3n con una respiraci\u00f3n adecuada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una buena manera de empezar la meditaci\u00f3n es hacer el ejercicio de respiraci\u00f3n adecuado. Inhala por la nariz y exhala por la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, puedes conseguir un ritmo en el que puedas concentrarte f\u00e1cilmente. Adem\u00e1s, la cantidad de ox\u00edgeno en tu cuerpo ser\u00e1 suficiente para mantenerte relajado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigue practicando tu respiraci\u00f3n hasta que puedas hacerlo f\u00e1cilmente sin tener que pensar en ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 4: Conc\u00e9ntrese en su mente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras est\u00e1s ocupado con tu respiraci\u00f3n, alcanzar\u00e1s un estado en el que tu mente empezar\u00e1 a lanzarte im\u00e1genes. La mayor\u00eda de ellas son aleatorias: acontecimientos del d\u00eda, planes futuros, problemas y preocupaciones, miedos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil ignorar estos pensamientos y se supone que no debes ignorarlos. La idea es centrarse en estos pensamientos sin prestarles atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto puede sonar dif\u00edcil pero aqu\u00ed hay un ejemplo simple para entender el concepto. Sabes que tienes muebles en casa \u2013 puedes verlos claramente con tus ojos pero no est\u00e1s realmente concentrado en ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centrarse en los muebles suele hacer que pienses en su color, en su material, en c\u00f3mo quedan en esa parte de tu casa, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes que ser capaz de mirar estos pensamientos aleatorios en un estado de desapego, vi\u00e9ndolos claramente en tu cabeza pero sin centrar tu atenci\u00f3n en ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegar\u00e1 un momento en que este pensamiento aleatorio se detendr\u00e1 y notar\u00e1s que ya est\u00e1s en un espacio en blanco en tu mente. Este es el estado que quieres alcanzar durante la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es el lugar donde puedes pensar en tus problemas y concentrarte en ellos hasta que puedas encontrar una soluci\u00f3n para ellos.
