Es un viaje de conciencia, donde cada pensamiento, comida y emoci\u00f3n juega un papel en mantener el equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Samadosha\u1e25 \u2013 Equilibrio de los Tres Doshas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ayurveda describe a cada individuo como una combinaci\u00f3n \u00fanica de Vata, Pitta y Kapha, los tres doshas o energ\u00edas biol\u00f3gicas que gobiernan todos los procesos corporales y mentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando estas energ\u00edas est\u00e1n equilibradas (<em>Sama-dosha<\/em>), te sientes ligero, lleno de energ\u00eda y mentalmente claro. Pero cuando se desequilibran (<em>Vikruti<\/em>), se manifiesta como fatiga, inquietud, irritabilidad o enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comprendiendo los Tres Doshas:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vata (Aire + \u00c9ter)<\/strong> \u2013 Principio del movimiento. Controla la respiraci\u00f3n, la circulaci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n y el sistema nervioso. En equilibrio, trae creatividad, flexibilidad y alegr\u00eda. Cuando se desequilibra, genera ansiedad, sequedad o digesti\u00f3n irregular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pitta (Fuego + Agua)<\/strong> \u2013 Principio de la transformaci\u00f3n. Controla la digesti\u00f3n, el metabolismo y la temperatura corporal. Equilibrado, aporta inteligencia y confianza; cuando se agrava, provoca ira, acidez o inflamaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kapha (Tierra + Agua)<\/strong> \u2013 Principio de estructura y estabilidad. Regula fuerza, inmunidad y equilibrio emocional. En equilibrio, brinda calma y resistencia; en exceso, causa letargo, aumento de peso y congesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los Cinco Tipos de Vata (Panchavayu)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada dosha se divide en subtipos. Samadh\u0101tu Malakriy\u0101\u1e25 \u2013 Funcionamiento Correcto de Tejidos y Desechos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La salud tambi\u00e9n depende del buen funcionamiento de los <em>dhatus<\/em> (tejidos) y <em>malas<\/em> (desechos). Prasann\u0101tmendriyaman\u0101\u1e25 \u2013 Mente, Sentidos y Alma Alegres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La salud es incompleta sin alegr\u00eda y paz interior. <em>Prasanna<\/em> significa claro, contento y tranquilo; <em>Atma<\/em> es el alma; <em>Indriya<\/em> los sentidos; <em>Mana<\/em> la mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando los sentidos est\u00e1n agudos, la mente calmada y el coraz\u00f3n alegre, irradias bienestar desde dentro.
