In this 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training course, we will be focusing on both theory and practical, so that you achieve mastery in the practice of yoga and Kundalini methods to become a professional Kundalini Yoga teacher.
- Kundalini Yoga Philosophy: Kundalini Yoga philosophy is the study Kundalini and Chakras and also its relationship with Raj, Bhakti, Karma and Jnana Yoga.
- Kundalini Meditation: Meditation is the art and science of relaxation, awareness, and expansion of awareness. It’s the tool to transcend thoughts and restless mind resulting in Samadhi or enlightenment. But in this program, we will be specifically focusing on those meditations which facilitate the awakening of Kundalini and Chakras.
- Yoga Asanas for Kundalini: Asanas help a practitioner to become more aware of their body, mind, and environment. You will be taught from very basic to advanced yoga poses and will be taught the alignment of each asana you will be practicing. Also, you will be taught the benefits of each pose, as well as precautions to take while practicing or teaching others. Asanas will include specific postures to awaken the Kundalini and Chakras.

For each posture we will show you how to enter the position, the correct alignment in the final position, the Sanskrit name and the English name, the modifications, the benefits, and the contraindications. Food and Accommodation
In our attempt to promote a yogic lifestyle, vegetarian meals, and herbal teas are served 3 times daily (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and prepared in our own equipped Kitchen, using filtered water. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions. Filtered water is available at all times during your stay at Nada Yoga School.
Two students are accommodated in a shared, furnished double room with an attached bath (cold/hot water) and ceiling fans. Bed linen, a towel, and a door lock are provided, however, residents are responsible for those items as well as laundering their sheets and cleaning their rooms. Single occupancy arrangements may be made prior to arrival, conditional to room availability, and may be subject to extra charges.
Students are requested to arrive at the Nada Yoga School on the day prior to the commencement of the training, at which time they will be assigned to their rooms, and will be requested to finalize their course fee payments. Check-out is scheduled on the morning following the completion of the program. We request that all borrowed items be returned at this time.

General Rules and Regulations
- The total fees should be paid upon registration by filling up the application form upon arrival before the commencement of the course, by CASH or PayPal transfer (including tax)
- Students are advised to obey the School’s rules and regulations throughout the stay in Course.
- All fees paid are not refundable or transferable in any reason that students wish to withdraw their course or quit. Alternatively they are allowed to carry forward their course to future session
- Students are required to submit their passport original and passport size photo to Om Shanti Om Yoga Ashram for registration purposes.
- The duration of the course is as referred to their course level such as Nada Yoga TTC (28 days), 200 hours (24 days), 300 hours (28 days) Kundalini Yoga TTC (28 Days) or Sound Healing TTC (15 days).
- During the 3rd week of the course students will be given assignment test and in the last week of the course, a written test as well as practical test.
- On the last day, a closing ceremony “Pooja” will be performed to Lord Ganesha and certificates will be forwarded to the students with flowers and “Prasad”.
- In case, any confusion related to the lesson in Hindu Mantra, Philosophy and culture, our knowledgeable and friendly teachers are willing to assist you.
- Students should not consume non-vegetarian food, alcohol and tobacco during the course and hang around till late nights. Students should back to room (respective accommodation) by 9.00pm.
